Required documents: Title deed of the property, owner's ID and date of birth, owner's mobile number, national address of the property, electronic authorization number for agents (if applicable), commercial registration of the establishment, tenant's information, and rental unit details. The Virtual Marketer platform and applications affiliated with the Virtual Marketer Foundation for Real Estate Services, which is licensed by the General Real Estate Authority and holds an e-commerce authentication certificate from the Saudi Business Center.
